The new scoll buttons, in the options menu, work to move the level indicators and option settings but you can't apply the new settings as the apply button remains inactive...

The (usual method) cursor keys are unaffected so you can still alter your settings via them.

Is this just a Win (or XP) prob or has anyone else found this not working on other platforms?

It's pretty much universal. Ray knows about the problem, and I suspect it's already been fixed for the next patch.
