Both players dying at the same time can cause them both to loss faction rating even though they were using the /duel command.

oh. when one dies, the duel is over immediately and it doesn't take into account that the dead player shot at the killer just before he died. That final hit will kill the killer and count it as if it wasn't in a duel.

Maybe add a 2 to 3 second delay to the end duel notification?

Ray, note that both people lost faction. The duel managed to end before either was creditted for the kill. If it'd just been as you described I would have posted in suggestions.
