Procurement Reimbural
Procurement Reimbural seems to be gone now. You get the reward(s), but you don't get your money back for the cargo. I think that's actually better (The station people says "We will give you x amount of money for y cargo, don't care where you got it"), but then it gives way too little (Some missions now make you lose 25k, or even more).
Case in point:
Procurement mission from Dau N2, get 26 Civilian Textiles from Dau L10...after 'reimbursal', net loss of 11,632 credits.

Procure means to find for yourself. The mission computer suggests the closet station that sells the cargo, not the cheapest. I bet a good trade guild would know where the best prices are.
However, According to your numbers, you would have bought the cargo at 532 a crate, were paid a 2500 credit bonus, and were left to cover the remaining cargo cost. Yep there's a flaw here.

Tunguska seems to think that 40k will cover the cost of 104 crates of Luxury Goods.

How about the mission says "We can afford to pay X credits a crate. You will be rembursed at this rate."
It then puts the responsibility on the player to figure out the cheapest source and if it is worth the extra system jumps to maximize profts.
This would support the efforts of trade guilds.

i thought i was going crazy when i wasn't receiving reiemburcement for the cargo i was fetching for a station, it seems i wasn't! :D
i confirm this bug with a suggestion. i've always wanted something where i could buy faction points, or trading/commerce points. this bug pretty much gives me a chance to explain what i'm talking about.
what if, the "procurement" mission doesn't pay you back, but gives a ton of faction, and trading points? you'd end up paying for the cargo, and paying with your time, but receive an excelent non-credit reward.

However, THERE IS A BUG. So Waylon or Ray or Andy will have to see if it can be fixed or if the text can be rewritten to mention that you are donating the cargo in order to receive undying gratitude.

a1k0n said he fixed it, but it's still not working. I just lost around 200k on the bulk mission I tried :/
it may have to wait till the next update/patch for the fix to take effect the kid.
I'll look into it, and make sure it's at least fixed with the next update, if not sooner.
