It's done that since the beginning.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

Ya why does it do that? Maybe to make it more noticeable? Hum ya, but I would have to agree and say this may be a bug. Or is it supposed to do that?

I've seen it occasionally report a transport jump upwards of four times. Due to the inconsistency, I'd say there's a bug involved, prehaps something to do with confirming that it is, indeed, the transport that's jumping and not just a part of it's posse.

Never seen more than two messages. Maybe it were two transports jumping at the same time?

It's always exactly 2x the number of transports. If it happens 15+seconds later it means that one transport got stuck in a storm and tried to go to the same place another time.

Like I said ingame...
