Clicking out of the Game
In the most recent updates you are now able to click out of the game in Full Screen Mode on the OS X version.
If you move your cursor to the top of the screen and click the game appears to freeze. No other windows are foregrounded, but if you move your cursor down at all and click again you will be back in the game with the OS's cursor appearing on top of the vendetta cursor.
