As I was flying peacefully in Pherona doing my prospecting missions, I suddenly noticed an insanely long mining beam spanning through the sector. I followed it out of curiosity and found... look at screenshots here:

0/0/0/0/20 an you need 2000 standing with Tungska.

Very cool bug. Maybe the bots beams dont have the same limits? And this bot just happened to end up floating away. Either way, nice shots

Apu's don't have beams.
Anyway, a while ago there were "left over" beams from bots. That apparently was fixed, but there's also the desync bug that results from packet loss/filtering or something, but that shouldn't happen to a bot.
If there was such a beam available, people would be using it. Since they aren't....
