Me and Lonestar just tried to duel a few times. We are both uit. First time everything went okay. He challenged me, I accepted and I won (with 0% left whew :P). I repaired he bought a new ship.

Next round. He challenges me, I accept, but I can't hurt him although he can me!?!
We abort and try again, with the same result.

Next try. We switch sides, I challenge him and all works. We abort, repair I challenge him again. Now I can hurt him and he can't me!!!... groan.

Again. He challenges me and all works ...

this just happened to me (Alamar) and Beolach as well. but it was worse. whoever challenged couldn't get hurt. ever. we tried three times.

I was in a Corvus Vult with rails, him in an Aggresso with dual plasma devs.

interesting thought I just had, both Beo and I have +1000 Itani, both mr_spuck and Lonestar have good UiT standing... maybe we're not dropping the "we love eachother"-shield properly? it wouldn't be noticable in any of the other dozen duels I had today, since everyone was BL, which ment crappy standings or other nation.

Ah, that's good info to have. I'll continue looking into this problem today.

It's actually a very odd low-level server bug. Should affect many other things, marginally. Fixed for next server restart.
