Ok, I know that this has been posted before but since I'm encountering this problem and it's quite anoying i will post it again cause it should be verifies.

When I run the updater, sometimes it redownloads the entire game as if it wasn't installed.

Since I have monthly download limit this is very problematic cause I may be paying to the ISP for those extra megabytes i download.

This is the second time it happens.

Is the cause of this problem identified already? If not it should be addressed by devs.
