However, one of my other characters is 23/0. Odd. And why does it list group missions? Does this mean that they might be putting in the frigate mission as a group mission? What about group trade guild missions?

I don't understand your post. Are you showing me that as an example of there not being a problem, or merely indicating that you, too, are suffering from the bug?
