I noticed today that the ship color selector is always resetting to white after being blown and and returned home. If you select "Buy back last ship", you get the same ship as before, but not the same color. Not a major or important bug, just thought it was odd. I think a lot of people were neglecting to double check their color choice as well, as I saw many more white-striped ships in B-8 than usual.

this happens to me too

It only happens after you've docked w/ a cap ship. If you are your usual color, and fly around w/out docking w/ a cap ship, then buy back last ship works fine. But if you dock & undock, and then get destroyed, buy back last ship paints your ship white.

Thanks for reporting and clarifying that. I saw it happen one night but was busy, couldn't replicate it the next night. Obviously I left out the cap ship part.
