i think VO should be on 360 as well as chop,s mac,s and linux it whould have better qulty graphics (not that computer grahps arent bad or anything) i just think that it whould be cool and who eva hs a head set can talk to each other so how about it

Porting to consoles is expensive.

Points of Refutation:

1. While the XBox360 may have more theoretical horsepower than a common PC, it is comparable to current top-of-the line PCs, and, furthermore, any increase in visual fidelity would require new art assets/shading effects, which I doubt there is time to make. The only obvious way to increase visual quality is by increasing resolution, and the Xbox360 maxes out at 1280x720, as opposed to computers, many of which can do 1900x1600 or more.

2. Changing a largely single-threaded program written for computers into a multi-threaded program written for the XBox 360's three-core CPU would most likely be phenominally difficult and time consuming for Guild Software's 4-man dev team.

3. The devs would need to code in voice chat support, which would be time and bandwidth intensive.

4. "Chop" is not an abbreviation for "PC". I'm sorry, but it really isn't.

I'm with Whistler. I believe the knowledge displayed and topics chosen by space guy are far to carefully done to be anything other than alt trolling.

Yeah, that'd be my guess too. The grammar leads me to believe that it's either one of the trolls with notoriously bad grammar (who shall remain unnamed, but you know who I'm talking about), or one of the more "classical" trolls who would toss in intentional grammar mistakes to make a point (e.g. Jex, ananzi, or genka).

So, you know, that narrows it down to... All of them.

EDIT: The grammar mistakes are definitely intentional, and the misspellings are blantantly faked.

I think me and some other guys here picked up on this from his first post a few weeks ago. It's pretty obvious. He's just being as annoying as possible by bringing up well-discussed (or awful) ideas and presenting them with the worse possible spelling and grammar. He's kind of half-mocking noobs (especially since he's pretending to be one). It's really funny that a lot of people, even incarnate, are jumping to his defense or complimenting his work, and I'm sure he's getting huge laughs out of it.

actually, porting to the 360 or PS3 would be a terrible idea.

since there is no ingame audio other than the music, it would require an overhaul. next, the chat is text based, overhaul.

lastly, nobody makes a good joystick for console systems. (unless the 360/ps3's USBs support compy ones...)

Sorta-kinda. It has USB connectors, so maybe you could make it accept any USB device. But I have no idea about how that could be accomplished.

Also, it is possible that a veteran not only created an account for the sole purpose forum trolling, but for in-game trolling, as well (there are numerous occurrences that have proven the existence of such individuals. This is not necessarily the case here [In dubio pro reo], but it is a possibility).

Cheats in an MMORPG, or rather any MMOG, make no sense unless they're available to everyone, and by then they stop being cheats. They are only useful for single-player games. Periodically, exploits surface in the game, but most are quickly put down and buried.

Regarding you, yourself: Without wanting to be in the least insulting (although I might not be successful), I suggest you find a good spellchecker and use it. Also, introduce more structure to your posts; punctuation and paragraphs can work wonders. This will lead people to respect you (as a poster) more and look at your ideas and suggestions with increased interest.
