2) Space the ports out again. Before it had a niche as a Guass/Flare platform. Now, it's a snazzier looking, worse flying Vulture.

It is one of the hardest ships to get (not that it's saying much) so it should be better...

hmm... it'd be kinda cool to have a super-mini-cap type ship; the size of a light or medium fighter and handling like the same, but no S or L ports, only a single turret...

the turret would be bad, cause you would have to only concentrate on dodging. and the neut turrets have a quite decent aim on the teradons... or maybe they are just so many...

A turret would be cool if it could be manned by a player. Kind of a step towards player-owned capital ships. Give it an AI maybe for when you don't anticipate needing it manned, or if you can't get someone, but make the AI not as good as a player (probably wouldn't be anyway). Leave at least one port for a forward-facing gun, though.

I aksed momerath yesterday on IRC; he replied it was already on the TODO: list, but since they have more pressing things to do right now it will not get implemented for a while. One day... :-)
