Thanks Incarnate for sharing your observations, it is comforting to know that the people at the top of this game are aware and care about the issue.
This problem is the same with many things, not just online games. Before the computer revolution took hold, people just used to lock themselves away playing chess or practicing the piano to the nth level of personally detrimental obsession.
It is a matter of personal self discipline and a modern a fact of life that we need to remember any hobby we choose, be it playing VO or practicing the piano, is just something we do to keep ourselves amused when our ACTUAL lives dont require us to do anything else.
As individuals we owe it to ourselves to be honest about not letting any hobby take over our lives, and perhaps as a community we owe it to others just to keep them reminded about that.
