Bars are currently COMPLETELY useless... as we can chat to anyone we want to on CH100...

Given that I'm hanging out in Akanese space, Bojan, such (massive) cosmetic reductions were necessary in order to blend in.

Every room (including bars) had an NPC or two offering missions. Furthermore, the NPCs reacted to your levels and factions, so some you could talk with right away, others ignored you until you reached a certain level (or accomplished certain other missions) and others you could never get a mission out of.
