Mmm, allowing font scaling to go beyond 1 would be good. The small fonts used by VO UI look about 6pt on my screen.

The tiny font is fine when I have no background light sources causing reflections and when i can see straight. How hard would it be to allow the font scaling to go to 2. So what if it looks shitty, when i need the larger text i wont notice the shittyness anyway.

Doesn't F5 do something like this with font scaling? I forget.

F5 works by alternating two sets of "HUD scaling", the 800x600 one (the "larger") and 1024x768 one ("smaller").

The actual console commands are quite easy:

set rHUDxscale <width>
set rHUDyscale <height>

By using them you can scale the HUD at will. Try and match your screen resolution, to see the skin pictures at 1:1 scale, or scale the HUD to screen ratio (the defaults are 4/3, but you could rescale to 16/9 or 16/10, for example).

Rescaling the HUD rescales all the fonts and graphics, with reasonable antialiasing even with objects larger than native resolution.

In the Config.ini:

usefontscaling=1
fontscale=120

125 is the biggest you can do it and still use the pda.
