Not only is the default channel a good indicator of progress, but it helps in reducing non-help related crap in the help channel. Also, I found it weird that channel 11 was no longer a client default. Why is this?

I agree that 11 should be re-added to the list of default channels, but I don't agree with automatically changing channels on a person. They need to learn how to change channels, not just have them changed mysteriously on them because they completed some arbitrary requirement. Plus, just because a person has completed Training 3 does not mean they are done asking newbie questions that should be asked in channel 1.

Improving the labels would help.
