The /givemoney command restriction of only working in the same sector should be removed.

This suggestion will make FAMY richer, indeed.

It isn't an arbitrary restriction, it's an architectural one. When that was added (~2002), it was the only way to be absolutely sure of the transfer.

These days, we may have other mechanisms that could be adapted, that work universe-wide. But, don't assume this is as trivial as changing some "limit". Basically, givemoney would have to be re-written to use another transfer mechanic, and that transfer mechanic itself might need to be written as well. Plus a lot of testing.

At the very least, the /givemoney command needs to be case-insensitive for pilot name as /msg is....a lot of people die because they try to send it to a lower case name and then get flustered and do something panicky...
