Typically once you unlock the XC, it is the only Behemoth variant you fly around. I got used to how it sounded and felt. But when I was at a station that didn't sell XCs, today I bought a regular Behemoth and its engines sounded much heavier and fitting for the ship compared to the XC, whose engines sound like the standard medium ship's. As miniscule as this is, the weight of engines is a little indicator of a ship's size, and the default-ish sounding one on the XC makes it feel like a toy in comparison.

Benefits: Cool sounds.

Downsides: Makes it worse if you don't like cool sounds.

Dev workload: I hope changing a sound is easy!

I'm being lighthearted but I genuinely do think it'd be a nice little tweak.

The regular behemoths engine's make the XC sound like a toy, that's because the XC has roughly a third the engine oomf and it's why the regular moth stands a much better change at getting the fuck out of dodge.

XC's engines have smaller dilithium resonators hence the higher pitched engine sound...
