If possible.. make station docking bays targetable.

1. New players often complain they can't find the docking bays.
2. Docking bays are hard to see sometimes when you are on the run from players or NPCs
3. Players could determine if it is closer to the station docking bay or to the jump point.

+1 to targeting station parts again. There used to be a way, but it has been years since we used to be able to do so. This will be fun for station battles as well. We'll be able to target station docking bays with missiles.
