List all weapon and ship requirements
As players increase their license levels, they tend to advertise what levels are needed for certain ships and weapons.
Those that don't know tend to speculate and are often wrong.
Suggestion:
List all the weapons and ships available at a station and list their requirements.

It's the back and forth of ideas/rants/invective/good ideas/better ideas/threads going off topic that keeps me coming back to the Vendetta test. Oh, how I'll miss this upon release when everything is perfect! Oh mighty Devs, please leave something undone for us!

A: how are you going to make them pay attention
B: when the better testers (and faster typists) don't answer first, I often suggest something about the suspense being part of the fun.
C: we already have grayed out items of the next license level
D: make an AnswerBot. Parse chat for the 10 most asked q's
E: long anecdote that would interest few
