You know, I actually have an original copy of BOB sitting in front of me while I type this. The label on the CD is a big, bright yellow smiley face with glasses printed on it. I'm sure that my wife found it in a discount bin in 1995 for about $5.00 US just before we upgraded to Win 95.

I personally feel that importing the general feel of BOB into Vendetta wouldn't be a bad idea. Many games use the general idea of clicking on various objects in the "room" to activate a function. Keeps things from being too sterile.

Re: Genka; If the bar could be separated from the chat tab, then maybe more people would use it. Most of the newer players don't seem to at this point in time. Perhaps if it was snazzed up a bit as Rascal suggested? Not now, but maybe...

Soon™?

I think the reason it's unused is because there is much more interesting general chat outside.
That and there is really nothing to do inside a station to occupy you while yakking in a bar. You could be out leveling up or something.

I'm staring at the new station interface now. MUCH better.

I do notice that my cursor is slower now, which is odd considering that I have a fairly fast machine. Still, it's bearable.

Nice job.

I didn't think it'd look that good. Nice :)

Though is there a way to disable it? It really slows down the game a lot for me.

I second that motion. My framerates suck when in the station now... it used to be better inside the station than out; now it is the other way around.
