In-Game Message Board

I know this has been retread over and over, but I was thinking that we could use an in-station message board to make a bunch of pre-created posts. For example:

<player name> requests a mentor
"Hi, I'm <player name>, and as a <levels> <nation>, I request a mentor for <trade, combat, etc>."

<player name> offers mentorship
"Hi, I'm <player name>, and being a <levels> <nation>, I believe that I can help anyone new to vendetta."

<player name> requests a loan
"Hi, I'm <player name>, and I request a loan of <amount> with 10% weekly interest."

<player name> challenges <enemy player>
"I challenge <enemy player> to a duel!"

<player name> requests a duel
"To any <enemy nation>, test your mettle against the might of <player name>!"

That kind of thing. But players can respond to message board posts and accept mentors, duels, and whatever else we stick there. But basically, it's intended as an easier way for newbies to get mentors. I mean, it's tough enough to have a newbie request a mentor, and when someone finally answers, they have to type /mentor invite "player name", which some people just don't get. With an automated message board system, people who want to mentor can put their ads up and then newbies can get mentors through a more GUI-like system.

For the loan system, people can request money, and money can be wire-transferred from any system, but there's interest to encourage repayment. If lack of payment continues for too long, a nation bounty can be automatically placed on the offending player, or something.

...who does not necessarily need to log in again, ever, and in the mean time could have just given the money to an alternate character.
I like the ingame message board aspect of your suggestion, though. It would definitely ...something. </braincramp>

Like this idea too, and the news should look a litle more like a newspaper, that would be cool, allthough its pure eye-candy.
