Windowed mode framerate issues
I was having some framerate issues. So I put the game in windowed mode, thinking it would run faster.
Dead wrong.
Even at 800x600, the game slows to about 15 fps on average. This seems rather...odd to me. Is this a bug, or merely my computer being crap?
I use a Mac Mini, G4, 1.33Ghz, with a Radeon 9200. (The vid card is build in)
On another note, when I run in 1024x768, the game runs fine... Until my video card overheats.

Try lowering texture quality in Video Options or lowering Background Detail in Graphics Options.
The main problem is that the GPU doesn't have its own memory, so it steals it from the CPU. Also, a separate GPU would help tremendously-i.e. get an iMac or MacBook Pro.
