My saitek X45 works plug and play (usb hid) on linux 2.6.4
The only Vendetta issue I have is that the throttle lever doesn't work in physics mode. I use kb for my left hand, feels more convenient.

*** warning *** - the stick did not work in kernel 2.6.5 and I havent tested 2.6.6 yet. It gets probed fine upon driver activation, but there's no traffic. another guy on flightgear irc reported the same problem.

edit. 2.6.6 doesnt work.
