In the samsung galaxy s4 getting characters loading never stops but in note 3 it works fine

Should have read more. I am experiencing the same thing on my Motorola Moto E.

If you're still experiencing this problem, we'd love to know about it, and try and solve it for you. But we need more information.

Are you all on cellular data or on Wifi?
