Anyone using this system? The price looks right, wondering how the OUYA VO client has progressed since the last post on this topic?

Will it work with any HDMI monitor or does it really need a TV for some reason? Their site goes on about using a TV but no easily found mention of a monitor.

I have one. I don't have any HDMI monitors to connect it to try. I suppose I should connect it back up and see how it runs VO...

The controller is kind of crappy, but I play with a USB keyboard and joystick so it's not unlike a shitty PC.

Honestly these days, you can probably get a Chinese Android HDMI dongle that has a faster processor for the same money.

The Ouya and VO should work fine on an HDMI monitor. That's what we use.
You may want to change the overscan compensation to 0% so that the UI uses the whole screen.
