Lock the Funny Quotes Thread

Or at least start a new thread titled "A place to post things which are way to long and in the end are not even the tiniest bit funny". That way, we either can let the the good times that used to be part of the Funny Quotes Thread fade away into the oblivion of page 2+, or give the 2 or maybe 3 users who seem to think every multipage conversation with no formating is funny beyond all belief that it needs to be posted on the forums for others to read! will have some place to post their crap.

I'd like to lock it, if only because they are so many freakin' pages. I'd assume that people want a new one. Humor is very subjective, so I don't think we can expect people to self-regulate funny. We could suggest that people edit conversations down to the relevant bits, if that's what is wanted.
We should refuse to let this thread be locked until the devs fix the cannot-go-to-the-last-page-of-a-long-thread-from-the-index-in-one-click bug.
