VS - Vendetta script (extended the ap_list)...
Well some might have doubted that i'd actually do anything about this, but i've managed to put the basics together though i have had major personal problems meanwhile...
This extended version i call VS. Besides being somewhat easier to run on all platforms (though a install script is under dev - and still heavly needed), it now contains 2 functions:
1) ingame view of active players listing from vendetta's website - which i have extended to include teaminfo and total count...
2) A function for keeping track of stats, divided into PL, NPC, NPCDEF and caps/steals. With the oppotunity of tracking multible characters.
Very near plans:
An install and setup script (which is very near, cause of the need).
To make multible characters easier to use...
To add the option of executing external programs while ingame.
I have not yet a place for hosting this - but mail me at:
busmaster_gt@mail.dk
if you are interested in trying it out and i'll mail the package to you.

(Grap the msi package, should be enough)
tail - http://www.simtel.net/product.php?id=11203
Windows and MacOSX:
wget - http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/tools/grabwebc/

Woups... I've stompled upon a pretty dumb error...
On Linux and MacOSX you will need to edit 'start_vs' too and replace:
~/.vendetta/errors.log
with the path to your errors.log file within the vendetta directory...

VS-1.1 is ready... So far it's been posted on Neutral-Territories.de download section under scripts...
Changes:
Build a configuration script for doing all the annoying "change this and that" things...
Dependecies now just have to be installed and placed within system path...

Ooookey - i've finally had some time at a windowsbox (eeeww) and i came to the conclution that: I CAN'T FIND A PROPERLY WORKING COMMANDLINE TAIL FOR WINDOWS. Which basicly means, that until someone finds one that works properly or until i make one myself it won't be able to run on windows...
I'm currently working on it, and i hope that 1.2 will be out soon - with a working tail "port"...
