Well, I have tried this:

alias gfxmin "set rSceneLODBias 100000000; set rDistanceLODBias 3; set rglow 0; set rDoEffects 1; set rDoSpaceJunk 0; set rHiRezBK 1"

Optically, it works and gfxmin brings massive graphics degradation. The weird thing is that VO gets more jumpy then. It makes things worse even in a sector I have nice FPS on gfxmax. I am usually fine with gfxmax and jumpy with gfxmin. Any ideas?
