Ummm, yesterday when I went to bed, blue had 73 caps, now they have only 69....
Hmmm, from what i recall it went something like this on irc.
Blasty: I'm pretty sure it's 69
(about a minute of not talking about flags)

Well, I vaguely rememberd the caps, bt I know I got the 69th and 70th caps... I'm pretty sure of that...
Blue definatly had 71, not 69, the bug was with 73, subtract the two caps, we should have 71 still
