Could I see a sample movie you've shot? The only screen cap program I've seen that was worth a damn was Snapz Pro X, and that's only for OS X... All the others dump really low framerate stuff, and bog down your computer when recording...

You definitely want Snapz Pro if you're on a Mac. AFAIK it's the best one available, but keep in mind that it does cost money. I'm not sure about the PC side.

Can you get high frame-rate stuff with that, Arolte? I just tried it and it was rather jerky.

In order to get a lof of FPS in a video, a VCR hooked to the computer sceen would actually do the job. And then convert the video from the tape to AVI.

Thats how a friend of mine did it when he discoverd that attempting to make home videos using a video recording program alone wouldent work out very well.

It's not that great right now, but Version 2 (due out in "a few months") should be a lot better. I've seen a comparison between the current version and Version 2 (andrew released a sample movie), and it looks a lot faster... Oh yeah, and it does sound... :P
