Sep 22, 2003 voltan link
I just started this game yesterday and it looks extremely impressive so I've been reading up on all of the various aspects of the game but I can't seem to find a listing of all of the "/" commands.
My apologies if they are in a particularly obvious place but could someone steer me to a site or an in-game command that will let me know what they are?
Thanks,

list:

/ping --> to see your networkstatus

/me --> will let you replace me by your name

/toggleframerate --> shows FPS

/toggleframerategraph --> shows fps in a graph

/givemoney "Name target" amount --> gives a number of credits "the amount" to the target if they are both in the same sector at the time this command is used

/alias --> Havent got a clue how this works, never used it, but im sure other people can explain this easilly :D

/explode --> lets your ship explode"you have issues" and you will return to the place you were homed

MMhhh, I think that this somewhat covers everything, exept if I forgot some "what is perfectly possible :("

cheers

/profile isn't even handy for me, and I put it in there.

/alias and /bind allow you to basicly A) create a line that is repeatable at any time B) reasign a command to a button.

For instance say i wanted to say HALLO!!! everytime i pused the button !
to do this i would type /alias ha! "say HALLO!!!" then i would type /bind ! ha!

To remap a command it goes like this, if i wanted to kill myself everytime i hit . i would type /bind . explode
simple as that, and if you want a list of all the commands ingame type /print 0

It's funny that I'm the first person who successfully bound a saying.
Of course that saying was "Fweeee!!!"
:)

just what is /profile for, exactly?

It's for making silly colored bars all over your screen.

Seriously, it's for determining which section of the engine is taking up the most CPU time, and how fast it's fluctuating.
