When are they gonna make the frigate operational again? are they gonna add more ships, more fighters, more big ships?

It's easier to flee than it is to approach. If you got there it would probably be easier to leave. Unless you got a prom. In which case, you're screwed.

how long is un-docking invulnerability for? could there be a slightly longer period for the frigate station, just enough to make it a reasonable challenge.

5 seconds from docking, iirc.
and i'd be against prolonging that duration. make do with what you have or don't do it at all.
also, i'm not eager to see a valkyrie source that close to the serco core world territory.

Much as I like the idea of an easily accessable Serco source for the Valkyrie, I agree with Toshiro. A "blackmarket" in Sector 16 is much too close to the Serco core territorries for comfort.

ok well how about this: the s16 blackmarket is 2 times the amount of the s18 blackmarket? i would like to see that after the reset so people would have to wait and decide if the s16 valk and weapons are all that important to them. if the frigate goes back online i would like to see both the turrets and docking return. i had a little more fun killing the turrets than i did the bots... besides that... now that the s16 bots are gone i would like to have some more fun with the turrets they were good for learning to dodge and distract...
