Voice Attack
I found this program back when I tried E:D and found it lots of fun. It runs in the background and converts voice commands into key-presses. A free version will give you a single profile with up to 20 commands, for about 6-10 bucks the full version is unlimited.
Basically, you tell it what to do when you say various things. Mine, for instance, will "press" the appropriate number key when I say "Target 1, Target 2" etc (used with targetless) meaning I can switch targets mid-combat without removing my hands from the mouse/keypad.
