Everspace Kickstarter programme
Greetings VO Community,
I am directly relating to today's newest VO Newsletter!
Vendetta Online is supporting the kickstarter of EverSpace, a very cool new single player space game.
The developers have stated that if the kickstarter is to succeed, supporters(backers) of the VO playerbase will be given a special new Vulture skin (much like the Anniversary Edition). Additionally, they will get the chance to win a 1 year full sub. A winner is randomly picked by the devs.
So here's my question: How can you guys tell who donated? I've noticed that the link is a referral one:

Do you simply get access to the list of users who donated?
It's probably a silly question. But just adding this bit into the news may help answering this question. I've never dealt with kickstarter before, so am lacking knowledge of how easy it is to track donators.

I would back them, but AI can never whine the same as a player. I may still back it, but only because maybe they will return the favour to guild in future.

We're doing it with email addresses. The referrer link was just for their Google Analytics tracking.
If you get your Kickstarter updates, you'll get your VO-related reward(s).
As always, it's a good idea to add noreply@vendetta-online.com to your address book, to make sure it doesn't go to spam.

Thanks for the quick reply, incarnate. Luckily I used the same E-Mail as I used on VO. Took a Screenshot of the donation-confirmation just in case.
It would be good if you added the advice to use the same E-Mail to the news, as not all people operate with just one E-Mail.

That isn't necessary. Everyone will get their rewards. People just need to relax.
I'll add noreply@vendetta-online.com to non spam folder if you start lettin that email take replies.
EverSpace has been successfully funded and therefore "kickstarted". They even managed to achieve some of their stretch goals, including Mac&Linux compatibility. Congratulations to them!
