Or you could just follow the Hydra mission tree that starts in Verasi I5 with iirc a mission asking for freshly mined xith. It's pretty easy until you get to the Hydra, which is pretty challenging. Pay attention and you'll figure out how to beat it fairly easily. Pay nothing and have a bit of fun actually playing the game instead of building.

The really tough and expensive bit to get is the aggregator, which is probably what was meant by 45 million, which was around the going price the last I bought one.
