We experienced a compete loss of connectivity between our website and the internet from about 10:20PM CDT Saturday to 9:12AM CDT Sunday.
It was completely out of our control. Apparently, some router was misconfigured but I don't know the details.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and if you had made any in-app purchases during that time and have not received it, please open a support ticket and we will work with you to get it resolved.
