Ec-107 is a poor mans RevC or IBG, both of which can be gotten for no player kills and very little effort.
Look, your bots are going to get shot until they get removed. I would think it is obvious that the devs do not want them either at this point, and the only reason they are still possible is because they have not found a way to remove them that does not punish regular players.

you must grind for ADV like for everything else in this game

i'm pretty sure they are good enough at coding to do as they please with the game.

sounds to me you guys are just asking Devs to state you can inflate your pk stats shooting clients running plugins. People in the past got sanctioned for this kind of things.
you must grind for ADV like for everything else in this game

Well tbh i havent farmed pks on spotter bots yet , i'll wait until inc does something to remove those spotter bots :P

I have not killed any spotter bots, knowingly. Turns out 6 of my pks are in fact a spotter bot. If I see an Ec89 at a gray space station and it isn't admired? I am going to shoot it. This entire thread started due to someones rant on 100 how someone was killing his bot and would get into trouble with the devs.
This is not the case, and yes, you sound like exactly the type of person who runs bots. Or at least benefits for the intel they provide, which cannot be got by any faction standing grind nor can it be bought from ANY station or got by players without the (out of game) resources to do it.

plugins are a part of the game, latest updates have got some plugins features natively added to the game client too...
Devs can nerf plugins use as they please. There's a suggestion section of this forum where you can post your ideas about.

- Spotter bots are undesirable and are being eliminated from the game. But, as I mentioned before, we're doing it carefully, to avoid impacting "store" bots and the like.
- Killing a spotter bot is not something that I care about, BUT..
- Killing a spotter bot over and over again (or any auto-respawning player bot), for the purpose of farming PKs, may result in administrative action. Like having your PKs zeroed. Or worse.
This isn't that hard to comprehend. People are trying to "invent" elaborate justifications here to allow farming PKs, because of spotter bots existing. These are two unrelated issues. The existence of spotter bots does not make it okay to farm PKs (duh). Use common sense.
I'm locking this thread now. It has mostly been an unhelpful waste of time, which could have been answered by simply using your brain..
