Clarification of Administrative Policy and Enforcement

Here's the short answer: I stand behind the decisions Whistler makes (aka Sherpa / Forum Moderator / etc). If you want to play the game, don't be an abusive idiot. It's really pretty simple.

The longer answer: Everything that everyone does in the game is logged. Private messages, public/sector/team chat, where you went and what you did there. We have months worth of logs. Everything Whistler does is also logged, and reviewed by me. In reviewing the recent actions of some debate, I saw nothing wrong with what Whistler did. Take it as a hint that perhaps your behaviour is in need of modification.

That said, if people repent their actions and agree to change their behaviour, we have no problems with reinstating their access to the game.

Posting long, ranting, abusive threads on the messageboard is not a good way to have your account status reinstated. The "Be Nice" messageboard warning does have a purpose.
