Please stop the swearing. I've noticed that there are several younger people playing, and I think we "older" individuals should set some sort of example.

Easy, we require giving a credit card number. State in the ToA that any violations get you a mute. If you are unmuted and are muted in X amount of minutes since the first muting, you are charged $5.00.

Paedric Good Suggestion... Too bad most of us "myself included" probably cuss like sailors in real life.. I say we just get Incarnate or another dev to write a script. Everytime someone cusses in game they get blown up.

It would be so much fun to see ships blow up randomly.

Paedric has a great suggestion but remember this, if only a few of stop, we haven't really effected the outcome of events. We need EVERYONE to tone it down. A few people maybe a nice movement that way but people need to gradually move that way themeselves, we can't MAKE them move. They must do so themeselves.

Also, I agree, the older players need to set an example for the younger players. Our actions will directly effect their reactions and possibly effect their attitudes in reallife and ingame.

Using words like "fluff" and "poo" will also help since children use those words. Saying "sh*t" and "F*ck" doesn't help the children learn that using those words doesn't make them macho and tough.

I'll tone it down and let's see where this leads.

Hmm, I think an explosion per swear is pressing. A three strike instead maybe? or even two? cumalitive for a 24 hour period.

I wasn't talking about "real life". You wouldn't what to hear some of the things that I yell at my monitor during the course of the game. That being said, you will NOT see me typing them in game. They have no place here. Swear/cuss at your monitor all you want. Just refrain from using that language in-game.
