At approximately 12:00 GMT today, the Border Patrol Dispatcher disappeared. Investigation has failed to turn up any evidence as to where he was gone.
His signal was behaving strangely for almost an hour beforehand. He was on a mission investigating Betheshee C-4 when his signal first disappeared, then reappeared in Deneb. His signal subsequently disappeared again and reappeared back in Betheshee, and so on through Odia and Dau. A helpful Itani pilot attempted to repair him there, but his ship's autopilot activated and he set out for Latos N-15, our home station. Upon reaching Latos H-2, however, his signal severely redshifted and vanished entirely.
Any information on his location should be sent to me, Unit HA-7331x. A reward of 100,000 credits will be given if he is found! We are more than willing to exchange the cash value of the bulk of our equipment for the return of our Dispatcher.

Had the Dispatcher been displaying any particular behavioral changes in the past week? If the Dispatcher has gone rogue, or is malfunctioning, I fear your reward may quickly turn into a bounty.
I won't ask if the Dispatcher had any known enemies......
Did the Dispatcher's ship have any safeguards that would prevent it's operation by a another party?

I was the "helpful Itani pilot" who repaired him from about 5% to about 33% before he suddenly warped out. Unit HA-7331x, thank you for the reward for helping out.
When he entered Betheshee C-4, he asked, "What is this?" before suddenly reappearing in Deneb. He did later mention that people should stay away from Betheshee C-4. However, I still haven't spotted him again.
According to a fellow guild member at that time, he kept phasing in and out of the universe. My guess is that he must have discovered some kind of phase disruptor in Betheshee C-4 that eventually phased him, either temporarily or permanently, into either a parallel universe or an undiscovered quadrant.

I spotted the Dispatcher this evening in Latos H-2. I attempted to establish contact, but his response was garbled with some sort of electronic noise or encoding. I have posted an excerpt below.
