why is it that if serco won last week itani does not have surplus for this week.

My guess is that when the colocation ^gobbly-gook^ went down, it snafued the totals so the CtC reset and started counting over.
The true week before comes up with 2 'previous weeks' clicks

The devlopers should Fix this. Its not lke CtC matter to most people but, we do deserve the surplus this week.

It'll be back to normal by next week, even if the devs do nothing. Personally, I don't think it's all that important that Itani don't have the surplus. We'll still win easily. ;-)

Who wants a surplus when we have the nuet3s? Do both sides have it this week?
obviously csgno1 you do not ctc enough to know whats going on. You do not get nuet 3 if your nation does not win for the week. The nation that loses for the week gets a surplus or basically a head start. Oh well i am just a ctc junkie i guess. Garlic

Due to them winning with 345 tons, and the Serco having 0 there was no surplus and the Itani got the N3s the Serco had worked so hard for last week.
Once again the Itani steal victory from us and then whine when from their stealing we gain a small advantage.

Garlic look at the CTC page. There was an error last week when the server went down. I think only the Itani have the nuet mk iii and no one got a surplus. So this week we have to see who wins without a surplus. Should be interesting.
Just keep Faceless occupied in Deneb and everything will be happy happy. I'll happiliy duel him nonstop in order to secure the Itani's rightful place on top of the Xith pyramid. (As long as Garlic's team does his (her?) part)

But we do have the neut3s this week, and I do know a little about CTC.
I'll say again, we should not get a surplus since we have the neut3s, just as if we had won properly. I know it got broken last week but at least we didn't get the prize *and* the surplus. Since we've had the prize all week the sercos should be given a surplus if it can be done easily before Saturday.

I think it would be more fair to just take the nuet mkiiis from both sides this week. But it really doesn't matter either way... the week is almost over and the score is close. We will finaly see who will win without the surplus.

With the numbers online at this low level, the prize goes to those who spend the most time online. When I was online yesterday I knocked off a few ungarded or lightly garded voys and protected an un-attacked one, but later I saw that some sercos took a lot of undesputed cargo. When player count goes up it will be more exciting. As it is now it's kind of a grind.
