EnB's leadership is also done by elections, but we don't do it on the boards here.

IDF Leadership is also done by elections (aside from me, because I'm stodgy :P). Plus all decisions of any import are made in general meeting.

I'm kinda ticked off that I have almost no votes, can anyone give me reasons why?

i've never realy seen you online so i don't know anything about you.

I was very active during the summer, but I've been offline recently (last 2 weeks), but I am making plans to return very soon. Now that I think about it, a lot of people in the guild are fairly new and have low stats (pk wise), and if we're going on "BLAK" principles, I think combat experience would be very important.

I am also very irked that no one has voted for me.
