3rd Weekly Corporate Sectors Run
Anouncing the Corporate Sectors Run! This is a more fast paced, shorter veersion of the Deneb Run through territory that the other race doesn't cover. It will occur every Friday at 9pm EDT. It begins in Helios D-14( I believe). It's the non serco station in Helios at any rate. Contestants start 3000m out and within 300m of me. Racers go through Ukari and then thruogh UIT space to Edras. Then the contestants go through grey space back to Helios D-14. First one docked in gets the prize (1 million crdits), 2nd gets 500k and 3rd gets 250k. No shooting before the race begins, but during it's all good.

Okay Race fans!. This is what we've been waiting for: the write up of the 3rd race of the Coroprate Sectors Run. Let's meet our racers:
LeberMac - IA councilmember and Champion of last week's Deneb Run
IDF Valkyrie with No Weps and an Ultra Charge Battery (haxxor =P)
Pilot 13 - CDC Councilmember and newcomer to the race
IDF Valkyrie with No Weps and a Fast Charge Battery
Carloss - Commander of the IGPK and former co-sponsor of the CS Run
Vulture MkI with 2 Flechette Cannons MkII and a Fast Charge Battery
Krashis Merala - Serco pilot that happened to be in Helios B-14 at the time.....=D
Warthog Mk2 with No Weps and a Fast Charge Battery
How teh Race went:
With the standard countdown from 5 and a mineral scanner firing, the racers were off. All chose to take the direct route to the wormhole with no storm in the way to stop them. However, LeberMac's Ultra Charge Battery would carry him to the front. And despite hitting storm's (4 storms to be exact) he would lead the pack to the very end.
Entering Ukari, Krashis Merala took the lead followed by Pilot 13 and then Carloss. And then, IN A CS RUN FIRST, all participants hit the same storm a the same time! What a hilariuos momnet! Hehehehe
Sorry, anyway. Leber's UC Batt carried him out first, followed by Pilot and then Krashis. However, it would happen a second time that they hit a storm all together......
Finally, They all came out of Ukai and it's stormy weather and entered Arta. LeberMac pulled ahead. He was closely followed by Pilot 13 and then Krashis Merala and lastly Carloss.
Unfortunately, besides one storm that lokked like that it could cost LeberMac the lead in Odia, the order stayed the same. LeberMac expanded his lead to two jumps ahead of Pilot, who was one jump ahead of Krashis. And unfortunately, Carloss lagged behind more and more. This is the order they pulled into Helios B-14 in the end.
All in all, a race decided in the first few minutes. Observation: Damn that UC Batt!
