Haha. He does indeed mean Holdan. He's bitter because I told him to stay out of an engagement with Space hunter, because he had just been popped when trying to do so.

I later popped him again, when he and fooz were pursuing another fight against Space hunter. SH jumped, and I nailed mar ani, for which he was upset. *shrug* He supposedly was having a 1v1 with Martin, but he never said so over a chat, and he thought that we wouldn't shoot him if he didn't shoot us *while* SH was in the sector..

I imagine fooz also has something to say about this, because he wasn't too happy about getting nailed either.

You neglected to mention that I was in a battle with Martin at the time you came up behind me no hail no nothing and destroyed me and Space Hunter was no longer in the sector and I had mentioned on chat 100 that I was coming back for another fight (implied with martin).

As I calm down...it still strikes me as unfair. After the chats we had in private and my public announcement that I wasn't intrested in interfering with whatever ganking you had going on...that you interupt a fight with someone else...who I had shared Hails with and was engaged with...

I had thought we had ironed out the earlier differences, when I had not realized that Space Hunter was some sort of Pariah and subject to some strange laws involving all of VO...last time I heard things like that it was about Arolte.

We weren't ganking, because it really does take a number of players to take Space hunter down in our non-valks, simply because he can run away at whatever health he feels like.

As for sharing hails with Martin, that's not visible to the rest of us. You could just as well been killed by someone else in our group. It's just not wise to attack a group of 5 experienced pilots and expect to get out alive, especially without saying on sector chat that you want to fight one specific person.

Chill out. It isn't worth arguing about.

The sector chats were for YOUR benefit since you were so gung ho about nothing going on in B8 while Space Hunter was there.

The attacking 5 experienced pilots happened before I knew what was going on, and I did not attack the next few times I was in B8, except for Martin, who I felt was in agreement about the fight...

Was Martin in your group, that you needed to protect him (I know how crazy that sounds, but anyway...). Since SH had gotten away yet again, you turned to the next red dot on your radar, and paid no attention to what it was doing? I doubt that is what happened in the least...

HAil next time, and give time to respond...thats what the Vets tell the newbs, and just because i'm five months in the game, I should expect anyless while in B8?

This has got to one of the worst excuses (or greatest show of ignorance) on these boards...

1) Most of us are out to get SH out of revenge.

2) It'd be easier to get a pk by ramming Martin.

I was going to let it go b/c I thought you were killing me b/c I was pirating (which is over in bout 6 hours), but killing me b/c I was trying to kill SH?!?!?

Actually, what the vets tell newbs is "anything goes in b8, so suck it up, wimp."

This thread was started in anger, and now I feel it not so much, but I do think that after all I've been thru and witnessed so far in this game, that somehow you got under my skin enough for me to log out in anger (...I'm taking my ball and going home...) is actually noteworty enough to leave in the threads...
