B7 aside, the question is why is the Itani, more namely, the SKV flying around so closely to Serco space. This is cause for concern.

SKV has been reportedly protecting the interests of the enemy. Both SKV and SCAR should now be labeled LSOTU (laughing stock of the universe) and ignored.

How so?

SKV is Itani military faction. Our military exercise in Helios is a part of our long term plans which I am not at liberty to discuss with general public.
As we are concerned for the safety and wellbeing of innocent civilians even in unclaimed territories as "grey space" we announced our exercise and issued a warning to all pilots to avoid any possible mishaps or collateral damage.
Stating that our exercise is helping the enemy is a bit hasty since our presence in Helios is disrupting only serco supply and communication lines.
