New Corporate Sectors Run?
Alrighty. I'm looking to start fresh. I need ideas. So, if anyone has suggestions on the rules, race course, day and time, rules, etc. Please post them. I hope to restart this race in January.
Maybe do some sort of 8 or S-shaped course so it includes Azek.
Do something where you go through every WH in Ukari.
would that be a 3 leaf clover pattern?
oooo! You know thoese rings that are used for timing in the racetracks. We should be able to get some as widget/mines and you could set them into sectors and the racers would have to fly through the checkpoints. That way you could set up multi-sector courses with a minimal amount of judges.

Since the Deneb run is at 2am-4am for us people in Europe, I suggest making the corporate sectors race earlier to make it easier for us over here to join. 2200 GMT (1400 PST, 1700 EST) would be sweet. Sundays are sweet too.
Oh, and for every ms of ping below 100 you should get 50m extra distance to each wormhole ;-)

So far I think I have a race course. (Thnx to Screwball)
A figure eight course starting in Azek (D-11 or I-12). Then it proceeds through to Latos and makes a right to Bractus. Up to Edras and left to Dau. At Dau, you go down to Latos and turn to ukari, After going to ukari, go through Arta and then Dau. It ends back in Azek after this (starting station).
Now I need times and dates. Sunday sounds good. Friday is pretty much out of teh question(maybe not, it depends) and saturday competes with the other race.
Also, rules. Look at the old ones. Tell me what should I add. at should I drop. What should stay.

I remember the one time the race was held earlier (three hours,11PM GMT) no one showed up, even though the time had been known well before hand. Same for the Deneb Run, which is why it still runs at 2AM GMT.
Nah, they run it at 2pm GMT cos they know i aint about :P
Ah yes, It looks like this event will be put off indefinitely. If I (or anyone else) wants to restart the event, the rules and new racecourse and time and stuff are somewhere on the forums....
