Now, the Blood Dragon Clan (DISCLAIMER: Of whom ScurvyMac is a member) claims to be a pirate guild. Hence, I had been attacking them basically on-sight. Apparently they didn't like the [Itan] hitsquad last week in latos, and could not understand why we came to Maso's aid as friends of [VPR] and were after them. I mean, I thought that they were pirate-pirates.

Now, I hear from baronfek that they are actually a guild that only pirates NPC vessels and leaves players alone, except for the odd special ingame event.

Could I get a clarification on this from baronfek or Gaylic?

Pirating is pirating. NPC or not.

Leber, We are a pirate guild and we made this guild to do special things that were fun for ingame players such as.... mining events and convoy runs with tgft. They thought it was nice of us to give them a little run for there money and was fun for all involved. We did not create this guild to harass and annoy players in game. Borb thank you a pirate is a pirate. We on occasion do try to harass players but not to the point of grieving. As for maso whatever. Anyone that knows us knows that really there is only 2 of us active so if he couldnt handle that it is sad that he had to call 6 of you to help fight little ole 2 of us. Gaylic

Well, Maso called for help since the two of you were on him, so, [Itan] came to his aid. Back in [IA], we were known as just as anti-pirate as we were anti-serco. So I guess we're continuing that tradition? It's not official [Itan] guild policy, but if I see [Syn] or [CLM] tags, I'm attacking.

I just wondered if [BDC] is 100% pirate and is worthy of the attacks, or not, since some of your, well, newer members didn't seem to understand why I would attack them on sight. I would get the 'Hey! I'm not Pirating YOU, leave me alone" from them. So, anyway. ..

Agreed, Gaylic. I think we should all do what we want. I in no way wish to impede the fun that your guild brings to the game, I just wanted to be clear since last I talked with you & baronfek I was left with the pirating question. You have answered it. [BDC] is a pirate guild 100%.

hey, i am back to vendetta after quite a long pause, but i used to think that every player you meet in-game is a potential hostile, regardless of his tag or guild. that's what makes it fun.
now, i must also say that Gaylic did try to attack me while i was crossing his camp a couple of time but he didn't put too much effort in it, so i can support his "we do it to add some excitment" statement.
otherwise, good to see how everyone cares about this world :)

Thank you for the comments. We are not a guild of obnoxious players we are trying to put a little excitement into the game without pissing other players off. We attacked spaceranger and then retrieved his cargo from the storm and sold it back to him so he could finish his mission. We i think can be pirates and nice ones at that so there ninnies, ninnies, ninnies. Gaylic
