Welcome to the Corporate Sectors Run, reborn. This is a shorter, more fast paced race as compared to the Deneb Run. This race takes place on Saturdays at 5pm and 9pm EDT (9pm GMT and 1am Sunday GMT), alternating with the Deneb Run. So if the Deneb Run is using the earlier timeslot, the CSR uses the later timeslot, and vice versa.

This week the CSR will be taking place at 5PM EDT Saturday (21:00 (9pm) GMT Saturday).

Once again, the rules are:

1) Racers must race from Odia M14 through Ukari, Union space and Edras, ending back in Odia M-14. Refer to the map if you have any questions.

2) Race starts in Odia M14 near the station.

3) Contestants must be within 300m of me before the start

4) No shooting before I start the race.

5) You die and you're out (so no /exploding)

6) First person to get back and dock at Odia M14 wins the first prize. (1 million credits)

7) Second person back gets 2nd place prize (600k credits)

8) Third person back gets 3rd place prize (400k credits)

9) All ships setups are allowed.

10) Docking along the way to repair is allowed.

11) Imitating or impersonating the MC in any way is grounds for disqualification, as it delays the race unnecessarily. This includes, but is not limited to: Imitating the starting signals (firing of an AGT or saying "Go")

12) No Valkyries allowed.

Also, an additional 500k goes to the first person who`can break the current record. So 1st place can potentially get you 1.5 million credits!

The Participants:

Mick - Union councilor of the Phoenix Alliance, a top racer in the Deneb Run as well as in the Corp Run.

lenzenm - A Union Councilor of VPR lenzenm is on his way to becoming a familiar name to race fans. This is his fourth CSR.

Aleksey - A Viper Recruit, he's relatively new to the racing world.

LeberMac - An ex-member of the Coalition of Itan and TGFT, he is now a member of CLM. LeberMac is one of the top racers in the Deneb and Corp Sector Runs.

Blue Streak - A Lieutenant-Councilor of Sigma Shipping, and the founder of the Corporate Sectors Run, Erik "Blue Streak" Christianson is one of the top racers in both the Deneb Run as well as his own CSR.

Spaceranger - A councilor of the Guild of Free Traders, this Union citizen is often successful in the Corp Sector and Deneb Runs.

Stranger - An Itani member of Sigma Shipping, Stranger is not new to the racing scene but he has been taking a break for the past few weeks.

Interesting Observations:
1) Out of seven racers, all finished.
2) Seconds do make a difference, as shown by Blue Streak and Spaceranger as well as Stranger and Aleksey.
3) lenzenm performed a first for any race to my knowledge... he killed a pirate attacking him by ramming him with his ship and finished the race. Nice shot!
