Contents: I'm sad to say that LeberMac has been turned to the side of the serco. His charisma could be a powerful tool in raising the flags of arms for the serco. I am no longer an itani, nor am I a serco. I have no interest in trading, so nor am I UIT. I am an Outlaw, but I interpret this danger. With LeberMac at the front lines, the serco will surely charge forth, who among them could resist the charisma of a warrior who can truly hold his liquir?

They will cause a great deal of damage, for all trade and space alike. I call not to the UIT, I call not to the Itani, I call not to the Serco, those selfish governments run only by a few men. My message decends into the gray void, where the Outlaws make they're home. It is time to make ourselves known, let the universe know peace as we cry out our desire.
